All picks will be packed and posted within 24 hours of orders placed.
International orders will be posted 'Standard International' unless order total is over £50, then the package will be sent Tracked and signed for.
Refund Policy
There is 100% refund policy on all picks, minus any postage charges. If picks ordered are not to your liking within one week of arrival. Please double check size and thickness before purchasing to avoid any surprises.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Picks can be returned/exchanged within one week of arrival if unsuitable...Please double check size and thickness before purchase to avoid any surprises. Postage charges will be deducted from refunds or added to new picks sent out as replacements.
