Shipping Policy
YourShare offers 2 kinds of shipping: letter or track and trace.
YourShare is not responsible for lost products when the ‘letter’ option is chosen since we have no view on what happens after we delivered it to the post office.
Refund Policy
When a product is deemed unusable on arriving you’ll have the option of a 100% refund or a new shipping free of extra cost.
Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy
Yourshare does not accept the return of products.
if you want to cancel the order make sure to do it before we send out the product. When cancelling the ‘masterbuild series’ option make sure to do it within 7 days of your order otherwise we would be to far in the process of development and crafting a very time consuming product.
