All of my items have a final finishing procedure and quality control stage they must pass before I post orders out, therefore all orders have a maximum two week delay before being sent out. Please bear this in mind, especially if purchasing as a gift.
I am only able to get to the Post Office on a Saturday morning, so usually your orders will be posted on a Saturday morning within the aforementioned two week period.

Due to the current global pandemic situation, and the effects of England leaving the EU, some delivery times will vary. Please bear this in mind if an item hasn't turned up in the usual expected time, but I am happy to answer any queries as they occur.

For the foreseeable future I will only be using a tracked and signed-for delivery service due to reliability issues with some postal services. All I want is for these products to reach you, the customer, safe and sound, and for all parties to have added peace of mind. 

In addition, by purchasing from Arcanum Plectra the customer agrees that responsibility for the security of the package transfers to the customer upon a "delivered" notification from the relevant postal service. Arcanum Plectra and Heavy Repping cannot be held responsible for items going missing from the customer's premises once delivery has been completed.

Taxes, Customs and Import duties: Customers are responsible for any extra charges relating to taxes, customs or import charges imposed by their government. Arcanum Plectra and Heavy Repping are not responsible for these charges, this should be considered when purchasing from this store.
