His prowess encompasses a wide range of styles, and he needed a high performance pick that was equally as versatile, so we began work on The Wizard.

This pick was developed over the course of several months of design, prototyping and testing. It incorporates subtle ergonomic contours, holes for secure grip, a comfortable shape and advanced materials. This pick also has options for tip shaping; A standard straight, sharp tip that allows for great versatility, and a bevel tip to assist clean picking at high speed (right or left handed options available).

This plectrum is only available in my most durable materials, for outstanding wear resistance, long life and performance. Ultem (polyetherimide) is an advanced engineering plastic with an interesting and diverse range of properties. It is hard, durable, and actually feels sticky to the touch. It has a very unique feeling as it passes over the string, somewhat akin to playing with horn or tortoise shell, and the grip is incredibly secure. It responds well to changes in pick attack, allowing for excellent control of dynamics.

As always, I’m happy to take questions, and help out with selection. Small custom modifications are ok for most purchases, but due to my current workload, I am prioritising completely custom items for those who have already purchased my products. 😉
