Mystery Pick Option – having a hard time choosing a pick , or simply want to surprise yourself ? The mystery pick option will include 1 , 3 mm Acrylic pick. All mystery picks are made upon order being received meaning you get something completely random not shown on the shop. Sometimes customers may receive one of my standard picks in the unique color or an entirely different shape not available normally through the shop.

All products are shipped within 5 days of purchase, but typically won't take more than 3. I take care in getting products in the mail ASAP. Please keep in mind I can not control the speed at which things ship , once they are in the mail they are not in my control.
Customers agree that any customs / import fees or related fees are payed for by the buyer. Please be aware of any charges that may occur when importing goods as I do not have any control over these potential fees and it is up to the customer to be aware/prepared to pay them
In the Absolute extreme case you feel you are unsatisfied and unhappy with what you received because you feel it was not at all what was described in the listing or you simply got the wrong product I will happily either refund you or send you the correct product however please understand guitar picks are an extremely personal, subjective thing, and I can't and will not issue a refund simply because a guitar pick I sold you simply didn't fit your playing style.
