Description

The Gibson 369 is a tribute to a little shape, seen in a 1936 Gibson catalogue. A little nondescript sketchy monochrome picture, but it somehow shows balance and poise. The raised grip rhombuses, or the more modern take on these, the Meantone grip bars, are inspired by its neighbour in that catalogue, the 370…

Together, they somehow result in a vintage style plectrum that gives modern guitarists a new little tone tool that works in any material, whether modern resin, vintage galalith, Catalin, polyester or even Surfite.

These plectra absolutely look the vintage part, the tortoise pattern is a total classic. Use Kirinite, the tortoises will thank you for it.

Kirinite™ is a versatile, innovative acrylic sheet material that is bringing new excitement to an ever-increasing variety of products. Kirinite comes in a wide array of alluring colours and patterns, but there’s a lot more to Kirinite than just dazzling colors. It is a great tone material for guitar picks and will help in getting bite and volume into your guitar tone.

Shipping Policy

The plectra you see in the shop are basically ready to go, but I will want to check them one more time, polish up, package and all that. Please allow 1-3 business days to ship them out.

Refund Policy

I realise that a plectrum is a very personal thing, and I designed most of my shapes to my liking, both in appearance and in performance. If, for whatever reason, you don't like your Meantone plectrum, you are welcome to send it back to me, in the same condition as it reached you. Upon receipt of the plectrum I will refund you.

But in all honesty, it's simply cheaper and easier to keep it in your collection, and who knows, you might change your mind. It happens.

Cancellation / Return / Exchange Policy

You can cancel your Meantone order and be refunded, provided I have not sent the order out yet.
