This plectrum is designed for a heavy attack and high speed playing. Based on the popular HP Ergonomic plectrum, it retains the sure grip and comfort of its little brother, and turns up the volume. My other plectrums promise to wake up your playing – this plectrum will wake up everybody!

The sharp lines and narrow angled tip are designed to have a very positive pick attack, and the material allows it to pass over the string very quickly. The ergonomic grip holds your fingers in a comfortable horizontal position, whilst preventing vertical position shift. It’s the perfect balance of power and comfort.

This plectrum is only available in my most durable materials, for outstanding wear resistance, long life and performance. Ultem (polyetherimide) is an advanced engineering plastic with an interesting and diverse range of properties. It is hard, durable, and actually feels sticky to the touch. It has a very unique feeling as it passes over the string, somewhat akin to playing with horn or tortoise shell, and the grip is incredibly secure. It responds well to changes in pick attack, allowing for excellent control of dynamics.
